Ordering from Australia

Standard Domestic Shipping is $15 AUD per order 

Express Domestic Shipping is $20 AUD per order

(includes tracking on all orders via Australia Post) 

The shipping cost will be calculated at check-out & will vary depending on the weight and size. 

Items are dispatched within 2-3 working days after payment has been received (which takes about 1-3 days). 

Domestic orders may take up to 1 week to arrive, sometimes longer. 

Ordering from Overseas

Standard International Shipping is $40 AUD per order 

Express International Shipping is $50 AUD per order

(includes tracking on all orders via Australia Post) 

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and includes tracking with postage starting from $40. 

Items are dispatched within 2-3 working days after payment has been received (which takes about 1-3 days). The weight and size of your order will affect shipping costs, which is calculated at check-out. 

Some countries may charge import duties and taxes, which are out of my control. International orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive. Express post is also available.

Refund/Exchange Policy

Unfortunately I do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind once the order has been shipped. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, or if your item is officially confirmed to be lost or damaged during shipment, please contact me via the customer service form with details and photo evidence.
